WHAT IS THE GUILD?
The Caribbean Guild has been set up to elevate the Caribbean Cuisine within the catering industry, collectively we will support Chefs, Caterers, and Manufactures in developing the skills, resources and support to elevate each other and the cuisine into the mainstream food industry.
Together we will build our own Caribbean Qualification, a set of industry standards and be the voice for change for our cuisine.
We will create a voice to be at the table of “Industry Conversation” local and Government level. Together we will make a difference and build a legacy for our cuisine.
